What shipping methods are available?
We ship by UPS and Express mail. How long will each available shipping method take?
UPS takes 3 to 5 business days. Express Mail typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days. During Flash sales, processing may take up to 4 business days.
Free shipping on orders over $150 are economy shipping only. Free shipping cannot be used with express or same day deliveries.
Will tracking information be included?
Tracking is included with all orders via email. All Shipments are signature required or insured by USPS to ensure clients receive their orders. If you order online for same day delivery or pick up you must email your ID matching the same name and address on the order information.
Returns/Exchanges
KingRich Virgin Hair Return Policy
At KingRich Virgin Hair, we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with a product, you may exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. All products must be in its original condition and packaging with absolutely no installations, alterations or cutting. Exchanges can be returned to 7802 Harford Road, Parkville, MD, 21234. Exchanges will only be processed after we have received and inspected the product. Brazilian Luxx, Virgin Brazilian Hair, Virgin Remy, Custom colored hair, wigs, eyelashes, clip ins and special orders cannot be exchanged or refunded (All sales are final). There are no refunds. Any existing balances are store credits and can be used for future purchases. Raw Temple Hair is always recommended.

Exchanges
It is vital that you completely inspect your order upon receipt and prior to installation or any alterations.
Exchanges may be done within 5 days from the date the product is delivered. Custom colored hair, wigs, clip-ins and special orders cannot be exchanged (All Sales are Final).
If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture, origin, color, or length, you will be responsible for the differential and cost plus a 10% change order restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship replacement items until the original order is received and inspected.
