How do I order Same day delivery?
Order online, click ship, choose same day delivery at the end of checkout.
Once you have placed the order please follow the easy confirmation instructions via email before 3:00 p.m.
If I order same day delivery, when can I receive it?
All same day delivery orders must be placed before 3:00 p.m. in order to arrive the same day. There are no same day or express deliveries being fulfilled on Monday, Sundays, Saturday’s or Holidays or during storm and inclement weather.
Free shipping on orders over $150 are economy shipping only. Free shipping cannot be used with express or same day deliveries.
Do you really open 24 hours?
Yes. Our self service hair machines are completely accessible 24 hours a day. All hair is carried in the machines.
Do I need an ID when I order?
All orders using a credit card that require same day pick up or delivery requires an ID.
